Tag Based Service Mapping is not getting create

Hi,

Tags got created and we defined CI tag categories and Tag-based service family but Tag Based Service Mapping is not getting created.

 

for one Application, Map got created in DEV Instance but with the same keys, tag categories & Tag-based service family Service Mapping is not created in Production instance, May I know what would be the issue?

Hi All,

 

Service Mapping created after I click on "Recalculate Service" couple of times in Tag-Based Application Service.

This option is available in Related Links of "Tag-Based Application Service".

Please check the configuration again, might be you are missing something or service mapping families not created in correct way, also check the status of CI as well.
