It seems that a similar issue is occurring on my end as well.
If the issue has not yet been resolved, I would appreciate it if you could also apply the fix to my instance.

Also, could you please confirm if this is the correct place to create a ticket?
If not, I would appreciate it if you could let me know how to create one.

You need to raise ticket in http://support.servicenow.com/

If I issue a ticket from here, there is a risk that it may be mistaken for a company instance.

All I want is to have the training instance modified—is submitting the request from here the appropriate way to proceed?

Hi,

ServiceNow community members are not ServiceNow support team member and we don't have access to your instance. If you want ServiceNow support team to check your instance, then only way is to raise support ticket.

If this is the instance created in ServiceNow university (learning.servicenow.com) then use the virtual agent available there to raise ticket
