Hi, can some one confirm if Service now discovery supports telecom devices i.e. avaya, oracle hardwares. If yes, please advise how to proceed on this for configuring discovery.

Thanks Raj for the links but there is nothing specific mentioned about telecom devices.
I have found many things but not sure how to go ahead with telecom ones.

Hi Raj,
Most likely those telecom devices can be discovered via SNMP. As we may not have an OOB probe/sensor for all of your telecom devices, you can extend discovery to include them. Follow the instructions in this youtube :: SNMPClassifier.mov - YouTube
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for the link, i am trying to create new classifier but telecom (SNMP) is classifying as Unix.
I have added SMNP - Identity and DNS only in Probes.
Thanks
