The discovery of some printers does not give me the serial number

Hi,

after having made the snmp discovery of some printers through the IP addresses, I do not receive the information on the serial number.

Below I write the models for which I do not receive the serial number after discovery:

• Hewlett-Packard HP Designjet 4000 (42'' sized)
• Hewlett-Packard HP DesignJet T1530 PostScript (36'' sized)
• Hewlett-Packard HP DesignJet T1600 PostScript Printer (36" sized)
• Hewlett-Packard HP DesignJet T2600 PostScript MFP (36" sized)
• Hewlett-Packard HP Designjet Z5200 PostScript (44'' sized)

Can this type of problem be solved on ServiceNow or is it an anomaly of the printer model?
