Hi All,

Is the Operational Intelligence (com.snc.sa.metric) plugin required for event collection via MID server (metrics data not required)?

As per the docs, it is mandatory to enable MID web server to push metric data & events to snow. Please help!!

Please help with any documentation related to event collection to the MID server via webservice API other than servicenow doc.

Hello Rajesh,

As far as I know operational intelligence isn't required for event collection via MID server. My current client has the capability to setup the listener for event collection via mid server and they don't have licensing for Operational Intelligence. Hope this helps.

No there isn't anything else on it but it doesn't call out requiring that plugin so I am almost 100% sure it doesn't require it. Thanks and if this is answered please mark the answer correct.
