Hi All,
Is the Operational Intelligence (com.snc.sa.metric) plugin required for event collection via MID server (metrics data not required)?
As per the docs, it is mandatory to enable MID web server to push metric data & events to snow. Please help!!
Please help with any documentation related to event collection to the MID server via webservice API other than servicenow doc.

No there isn't anything else on it but it doesn't call out requiring that plugin so I am almost 100% sure it doesn't require it. Thanks and if this is answered please mark the answer correct.

Hi Rajesh/robertgeen,
Did the event collector functionality worked for you without mid websever extension plugin enabled?
If yes , the documentation suggests using "http" to reach out to Mid server.
ex- http://<MID_Server_IP>:<MID_Web_Server_Port>/api/mid/em/inbound_event?Transform=TransformEvents_MidJsonGeneric
Can we enable "https" for the same url format.
