The software which is deployed on servers is missing in the CI software installation table after Discovery.

We have "“SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Application” software deployed on many of the linux servers.
After discovery, those servers are updated in the CMDB and from CI - related lists, we can see the specific software in the software installations tab as shown below-
But for many of the others servers we cannot find it installed over here.
Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause for this or how discovery updates the software installations done on servers or how to troubleshoot on this?

Hi Arathi,
The probe named "Linux - Installed Software" does that job post pattern execution is completed.
You can check the disco log of those servers and observe the ECC Queue input records for this probe to see the output for any errors or missing info.

Hi
If you can open the same above said probe record, you'll find a related list to the down named "Probe Parameters" which has a record named "pkg_munger".
If you open this record it has a script that consists of commands that were run to capture this info.
