Trying to do Boundary mark in service mapping but its not working.

Hi everyone, I am new learner of service mapping. I am trying to do the boundary mark of extra CI in my service map. After right click on CI then it showing me boundary mark option but if i am trying to click on boundary mark, its not working again showing me same option without boundary mark.

I Have reloaded it also.

Please  guide me about the boundary mark in Service mapping.
