Hi.
I have just inherited the Service Now admin position as my coworker just left. I have almost no experience in ServiceNow.
On my catalog form I have a UI policy to hide a field but the field isn't hiding. It still shows up.
Any ideas?

Hi Eric.
Is there a little red bar next to your field? That's the first thing I look for when a field isn't hiding. SN won't allow you to hide a field if that field is red (meaning mandatory). In your UI policy you'll have to hide it as well as make sure it's not mandatory.
Also see if there are other UI policies running against the same field. Fun things happen when policies fight each other.

Thank you for being so fast at respondimg. It was a required field and making it not mandatory did fix my problem. That's a good thing to remember in the future.
Thanks for the quick help. I appreciate it.
