Unable to delete tables and data when un-installing a scoped application

Hi,

I am trying to un-install an application comes from the Store. But the "Retain tables and data" checkbox can't be de-selected. I have found some articles saying need to delete the import set tables first before it can be de-selected, but there are no import set tables came with the application. I guess it could be related to the "Fields defined on tables outside of this application", but have no idea of what is it about. Any suggestion?

Is that because of "Fields defined on tables outside of this application"? If yes, can we figure out the tables containing these fields and delete them?
