Hello Experts,
I am trying to discover the serial number of linux server which is hosted on AWS Cloud but unable to discover it.
I have configured the sudo user on linux server and added the below entry in sudoers file.
snow ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL
Also, configured the same sudo user and password on MID server and validated the credentials and run the quick discovery still unable to get the serial number.
I have run the command manually on server and it run successfully please see the below screenshot
Please refer the below log screenshot and suggest the solution.
Thanks, and looking to get help resolve this error.

Hello @AnkushD
The error message screenshot refers to a problem with the JSON file structure within the pattern itself, rather than a problem with the command being run on the server; I would suggest debugging the pattern directly to resolve the problem, starting at the failed step and tracking back a few steps to see where the problem with the file parsing is occurring.
