unable to open TagMappingCIs.txt file from Service Mapping course

Please help me as how to open/download the TagMappingCIs.txt file from the service Mapping course lab 2.3

I just see below empty page when I click on this link.

Check for popup blocker. Also try using diffrent browser.

I'm facing the same issue. Have you found a solution for it? I've checked all possible configurations on my end, but still can't resolve it. If you've resolved it, could you please share it.

Even I was not able to find the file, hence I followed the URL.

If you look at your URL, the link takes you to sys_attachment table and has a sysID for this text file. I went to this table and tried finding the file using the sysID but still I was not able to find it. 

Hence try finding the file with name OR filter file name contains .txt and you will find the file named tagmappingCIs.

The problem I have encountered here is why you're unable to download the file and your screen is all white is because with that sysID no record exists, if you will compare the sysIDs when you open the record via learning portal URL and the record you just found the URLs dont match.
