Im working in the CMDB Dashboard and I have created this interactive filter to search by CI Class. So far I managed to update the tables below ( duplicate, orphan and stale) after applying a filter but how can I also update the scorecards numbers ? After I created the interactive filter, I made sure of selecting the "Apply to all tables in hierarchy" checkbox but is not doing anything. Any thoughts? Thanks

Hello @Jose Santos Alv ,
The KPI'S you are referring to Completeness,Correctness,Complianceness score is score is collected by the schedule jobs which are set to true in the 3 tab.
However ,when you start remediating your data Ex- For Completeness KPI-Required and Recommended attributes are set accordingly for the classes in you cmdb then you can see a change in the score .similarly it is the same with the other KPI's (Ex- Correctness- Orphan,Duplicate,Stale and Compliance-Audit ).
So once you start remediating the cmdb data the score gets populated based on the filters/rules you define on the repective classes.
Also ,if you want to change the allocation of the score on the each KPI- you navigate to health preferences
and change the weightage accordingly.
Please mark as helpful if this helps,
Kiran

Hello @Kiran_T , I hope I made myself clear, if not, let me provide another example.
In my test instance, there's already a CMDB Hierarchy filter, after I select of of these. Automatically updates all the scorecards
as you can see, there's "IP server". So this is what I am trying to achieve. The problem with this filter is that only accepts 1 at a time. I made a custom filter that do multiple search. I wanted to see if it was possible to see how the CMDB Hierarchy filter works but I just dont know how to see this.
