Use Flow Designer to bring the Distribution List Owners in ServiceNow from Microsoft Exchange Online

Hello ServiceNow Community,

 

I am trying to automate the approvals for distribution list catalog items (DL creation, DL updation, DL removal) in Microsoft Exchange Online. The approvals must go to the Distribution List owners , and this ownership data I need to bring in ServiceNow and update it regularly. Any thoughts how this can be achieved?

Hello,

Microsoft Exchange Online don't have API to access Distribution List. You need to execute PowerShell script to collect the details and update ServiceNow. There is no Spoke available for this purpose as well

Could you assist me what are the prerequisites required to creation DL I'm using powershell script for Distribution list creation
