Users can't close Data certification tasks, percentage complete is never 100%

Even though users have certified all the data present on data certification tasks, percentage complete field do not show 100% completed.
If we click on Show Pending records action then too nothing appears in Pending list and State button is also not editable to close the data certification tasks.
User are unable to close their tasks, anyone has any idea about this?

Hi @Community Alums,
You screenshot is not at all readable, What do you mean by checking schedule?
I'm talking about certification tasks, one certification schedule can trigger tasks for multiple users and every user must be able to close their tasks once they have certified the data.
I believe there is nothing to validate in schedule.

The issue described here might be due to the invalid elements in the certification tasks. To resolve the issue click on the "Clean up invalid elements" related link in the affected certification tasks. Only users with the role "certification_admin" and admins can view.

We had a similar issue and it was exactly what @SK Chand Basha mentioned. The cert task appears to have all elements certified, but there are invalid elements on the cert task that do not show. Once you run the cleanup on those, the task will update to 100% and close. We are currently looking into a way to run this process on a schedule so we don't have to manually do this for every cert task. Something I would have thought SN would already have available, but do not.
