The MID Server is up and communicating successfully with the ServiceNow instance. Heartbeats are working, ECC Queue messages are processed, and system commands (restartService, grabLog, grabSettings, load_ip_access) are executing successfully. However, the Validate action continues to spin indefinitely. Could you please check the ServiceNow instance logs and the validation transaction to determine why the validation is not completing.
