Vcenter Discovery Issue

I'm getting an error while running the quick discovery. Please check the below error:

Unable to establish connection to https://ab.xxx.xxx.cc/sdk: java.rmi.RemoteException: Exception caught trying to invoke method RetrieveServiceContent; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: getsockopt

Also it is failing at Classificiation stage, error - active, couldn't classify

Any suggestions on how to debug this?

Can you confirm whether Your service account is not locked.

Also confirms  if  ports are open on the server where vCenter is hosted. Needed ports are 5480 and 9443.

Hello @Tanushree Maiti , Both ports are open and user is able to ping the IP address as well. And service account is also active in the system.
