My company recently started using Service Now for Incident, Change, Knowledge and Service Catalog. We use Verizon as our main telecommunications carrier and are looking into the Verizon eBonding service that is available for Service Now. We looked at the video that was posted in 2011 but are interested in knowing if there is anyone out there who has more recent experience with the service. If there is anyone out there we would like to setup a call with you to discuss how the service is working for you and any recommendations you may have for its use.
