Hello comunity,
There is a custom attrbute we have in vm server table where we didnt get the value of this attribute from discovery for previous month.
Please tell me how may i start the troubleshooting?
I checked the credentials table in service now and it was not updated recently. What are the other checkpoints we can have to troubleshoot this issue?
Thanks,
Sajal

Hi @Sajal Chatterje ,
Good Day !!!
Custom attribute using the OOB Vmware discovery will not be populated, You need to create the Extension pattern in VMware Discovery Pattern, Refer the below extension details, how you can create and fetch the required custom attribute.

Hi @Sajal Chatterje Open the patterns related to VM Server check the identification section getting the value from it or not create a extension section to retrive a particular value with several operations you can achieve.
Mark helpfull !! If this helps you to understand .
