We are facing an issue when trying to update attributes of a CI from CMDB Workspace

When we open a CI record in CMDB Workspace and try to update any attribute and click Save, the update fails with the following error

Error in CI Update: Unable to complete the requested operation due to an IRE exception. Contact your system administrator for help.
IRE Error Code(s): [INVALID_INPUT_DATA]

 

Any guidance on the cause and recommended troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.
