We have migrated the windows servers to Cloud. How to discover them?

We have migrated the windows servers to AWS Cloud recently. Now, we want to discover them. Can someone guide me the step-by-step process please? What are the ports needs to be open, does those devices need any cloud credentials, or we can use the existing credentials etc.
