Where is property: mid.sa.prefer_powershell

The documentation is rather confusing for what is default:

mid.sa.prefer_powershell
Enables MID Server to use PowerShell Remoting.
Type: true | false
Default value: false

Yet <https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0791835> says:
This setting is controlled by two MID Server properties, which both default to true:

• mid.sa.prefer_powershell
• mid.use_powershell

I found "mid.use_powershell" in mid configuration parms, default is false but I can't even find "mid.sa.prefer_powershell"

I was a little premature setting this as the solution as "mid.sa.prefer_powershell" is not available as a property to select, see attached.
