Hi,
Discovery discovers load balancers and their IP address is stored in below tables.

Sachin

Thanks for the response Sachin and that is useful information, but I think maybe my original question wasn't clear. What I mean was, in Service Mapping, when you enter an entry point that is behind a load balancer, you get a yellow warning exclamation. From there, you can click on a down arrow and select "add management IP" to add the management IP address of the load balancer. This lets Service Mapping know to take the VIP that it gets back from the entry point and look up the load pool on the load balancer that's hosting that VIP. What isn't clear to me though, is, when you enter that management IP for the load balancer there, where is Service Now storing that information?
Thanks,
Michael
