While replying to the email received from servicenow to my gmail account, it's not being delivered

While replying to the email received from servicenow from my gmail account, it's not being delivered back to servicenow.
It's saying address not found.
I have configured both smtp and pop3 correctly and pop is enabled in my gmail aswell.
Can someone help me with the solution.
