Windows credentials error in Discovery

I have been trying to make a discovery of a windows server in ServiceNow, after running a discovery it's showing below error
Warning: Adding target to blacklist. No valid credential found for type [Windows]
Changed the user credentials on the windows server, added the user to Admin group also and updated the credentials in ServiceNow still showing Authentication failed in the credential test
Need Help..!!

Did you utilized Check Credentials UI action for the new Credential and the IP Address of the target host? What was the result?

Yes i tested the credentials for the target host it was showing authentication failed

Ok in this case, if you're sure you have the correct creds, than it seems a connection issue or the other system isn't answering at all. Check with a ping from you MID to target device and check if connection is available. Ensure that your MID is a trusted host (Configure MID Server as WinRM trusted host) . Consult the Windows Administrator to check if they see anything in logs or security settings at all.

Should i add the MID server ip in trusted list of the target IP ?
In security settings what do I need to get it checked from Windows Administrator
