What kind of table is the "Serial number table"?
If I know the target table, I can just create a report, but I would like help with creating reports.
Also, if I have a list of serial numbers, is there a way to update them by importing them without using FIX_SCRIPT?

you can go to the Windows Server class and in that pull the serial number in filter and select is as 'empty'. You can get this easily in list view also by going to the Windows server Class table.

Hi Raunak,
Please apply the below filter to the Windows Server form and this lists the CI's which doesn't have a serial number listed in the cmdb_serial number table and prepare your report.
If you believe the solution provided has adequately addressed your query, could you please **mark it as 'Helpful'** and **'Accept it as a Solution'**? This will help other community members who might have the same question find the answer more easily.
Thank you for your consideration.
