For a fresh implementation of Configurable Workspace, there is a guided set up available in now instance.
Here are some steps to upgrade a workspace to a new version of the service operation's workspace in ServiceNow:
- Understand the current agent workspace and decide what needs to be moved to the configurable workspace.
- Most modules and functionalities must be recreated using the existing build components.
- Reach out to your account manager to coordinate a demo of the SOW configurable workspace.
