Calling all IT experts! We are pleased to extend the invitation to participate in a unique research opportunity!
Efforts are underway among our product teams to reimagine our ITSM products. As part of this work, we want to understand how IT leaders, product, and engineering teams are thinking about digital transformation (e.g. adopting DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices, moving to cloud infrastructure, adopting agile software development, building Microservices, etc.). We are exploring where organizations are in their adoption journey, and any challenges faced or anticipated along the way. If you are planning or performing these activities within your organization, we want to speak with you!
Our learnings will be shared directly with our Product teams and will influence future strategy.
Sessions will run between now and the end of September. Participation involves one 60-minute interview with our lead researcher. As a token of our appreciation, we'd like to provide you with an incentive for participating, if permissable by your organization's policies.
