Hi ServiceNow Community,
I am looking for some guidance and leads as I pivot my career into the ServiceNow ecosystem.
With 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development (Core PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and ERP systems), I have a strong foundation in building complex web applications. Recently, I have been dedicatedly upskilling in ServiceNow (ITSM Module) using my PDI.
What I have covered so far:
Scripting: Client-side and Server-side scripting (Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Script).
Flow Designer: Creating and managing automated workflows.
- Service catalog: creating item for request laptop, order guide for onboard new employee.
ITSM: Understanding Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Data Handling: Import Sets & Transform Maps (Uploading Excel data to ServiceNow) and creating Database Views for reporting.
As an Immediate Joiner, I am eager to apply my 5 years of logic-building experience to a ServiceNow Developer role.
I would love your suggestions on:
Which companies are currently open to hiring lateral entries (Experienced devs switching to ServiceNow)?
Are there any specific platforms or communities where ServiceNow-specific jobs are frequently posted?
Any feedback on my profile transition?
If your team is hiring or if you have any advice for me, please drop a comment or DM. Your support would mean a lot!
