Service Operations Workspace
Admins now have new capabilities to streamline their workflows with an upgraded Admin Center. New resources like getting started guides, FAQs, and adoption blueprints allow administrators to hit the ground running, while easy workflow configuration simplifies management tasks. In addition, enhanced control over post-incident reviews enables admins to flag major incidents in the activity stream, which helps maintain a timely and accurate review processes.
Digital Product Release
Our updated guides and visual markers make managing complex, multi-product releases easier than ever. With a new guided experience, you can create and preview intricate releases more intuitively. Enhanced features in the release calendar streamline conflict identification, such as spotting blackout windows, and provide tools for swift resolutions. Additionally, you can define, track, and visualize key dates within each release, ensuring smoother and more optimized execution.
