Ability to paste screen shots into the Service Request / Incident form

Hi, is there any way to paste screen shots into the incident / service request form while creating ticket ? Lot of cutomers are asking about this feature on our side. How have you handled this apart from attaching the document?

For anyone interested...

We ran into this issue a while back when we switched to TinyMCE because htmlarea was set aside.   We submitted an enhancement request to Service Now asking hem to reconsider and find a way to allow us to easily copy/paste images into html fields. The enhancement request was created July 2015 and current status is "Under Consideration."

My suggestion - there appears to be many of us that would benefit from having this functionality OOB... submit an enhancement request. 🙂

We tested the Helsinki with the latest patch (Patch 5) and we can now paste images on the Text Editor. The import articles feature also import images from the document into the article too.

But the text editor is still outdated though. The latest version of TinyMCE is already 4.4.3 and Service-Now is still using the TinyMCE v4.0.26 in UI16 / UI15.

For the incidents "work notes" (journal field) is copy paste images possible in London?  I could manage to get the functionality working on the portal using the ticket_conversation widget.
