We are testing our Orlando upgrade and have encounter an issue with VTB's. When trying to move tickets between lanes we are getting an Error: "You do not have the permission to modify this record"
I have found a few KB articles that show I need to create a new ACL to resolve this issue. I have tried to create this and we are still getting this error. I think I may be missing a step when setting this up?
KB's I have referenced: KB0760418, KB0792651, and KB0792651. I saw a Question on here as well and it mentioned this issue was first seen in New York and they had hoped this would be resolved in Orlando without having to add this ACL. I assume this was not resolved since we are seeing this issue in Orlando?
Can someone please provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you

Hi,
identify the table and the record and most likely you will find an access control rule that forbids you to update (write to) it.
It is very helpful to learn how to do ACL debugging:

Kind regards
