Actionable Notifications to Teams - not coming through

Working on our Teams integration to get notifications etc through from ServiceNow, and coming upon a number of issues. Hoping someone else has come across this and can advise what they did.

Initially logged a Hi ticket and got pointed at this link - Notifications in messaging applications (servicenow.com)

One I hadn't come across before when setting everything up. I have Now Actions in Teams, and connected/linked my account to get notifications. However, despite everything seemingly done in terms of installations, messaging contents and notifications, they just won't fire into Teams.

I've got Incident worknotes coming in, but I found a flow that controls that, and it works absolutely fine. However, actionable notifications/approvals just won't fire through at all. I've gone over everything numerous times but I'm clearly missing something.

Any ideas anybody?

To add to this - reinstalled Now Actions in our Test Teams to re-link my account, which has worked fine, but there's supposed to be a button for 'Set up ServiceNow Notifications' which doesn't appear - any reason why?
