I’m working on enabling Agent Assist in a custom workspace for one of our tables. Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Created a new record in cxs_table_config (Table Configuration) for my custom table.
- The configuration is for Knowledge Articles.
- After this, Agent Assist is now visible in the workspace when I open a record from my custom table.
Issue:
When I try to attach a knowledge article via Agent Assist, I get a popup saying the article was successfully attached. However, when I check the Additional Comments field (or the expected field), the article is not actually attached.
Has anyone faced this issue before?
- Do I need to configure something else (e.g., cxs_config, UI Action, or workspace form layout)?
- Is there a specific mapping required for the attachment to reflect in the Additional Comments field?
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
