Active false catalog item showing on Service Portal Page

Hi Team

 

I have a catalog item where it made as Active False , but still able to see on Service Portal page.

 

can any one help me to understand this issue.

1) Please check if there two catalogs with same name 
2) Try making active true, then to active false. reload the portal and try searching.
