ACTIVITY FILTER: How to add emails related to that incident on related list and logs?

Hi,
Greetings for the day!
We have a reminder notification which is sent when an event is fired in a workflow of SLA definition. The notification is sent to the caller and it is there in the email logs with type as "Sent" and target is not empty but we are not able to see that email in "Emails" related list that we have on incident form or activity logs even though "Emails - autogenerated" and "Emails - correspondence" are selected in the activity filter.
We have also checked system properties, "glide.ui.activity.email_roles" doesn't have any role and "glide.email.smtp.active" and "glide.email.read.active" are true. Please assist here.
