hi i am working in itsm stimulator, pls give solution for below task .

This is great but I  dont seem to have the != option?   Why  would this be

 

I resolved this. 

 

Below is the reason: 

 

When you create a risk condition from scratch you cannot use "!=" and the "on or before" in your conditions. Only way to have them is to find an OOTB risk condition that already uses them...do your modifications on this existing risk condition and then Insert and Stay. Insert and Stay creates a new record and leaves the OOTB one alone.

!= means "not equals" => in this case it is called "not on"
