Configuring the right standard change catalog in workspace

when I try to create a standard change from case(CSM) related workspace , it shows me the catalog items instead of the standard change catalogs, I can`t navigate to the standard change templates that I have created. 

I need to correct this mapping , how to go about it.

I created new templates which are not visible here , this instead lists the catalog items
