Hello - when I add an attachment on an incident form, it also adds the attachment to the additional comment field. Does anyone know if there is a way to add the attachment to the work note field instead? Thanks in advance.

It looks like an additional comment but is not actually a comment. You can just remove attachments from the activity stream.
Then remove attachment
If you just want to make it so users do not see some attachments for example something added by an ITIL user you could modify the ACLs.

If you add any attachment to the record then it just show as one of the activity for that particular record. So it should be visible in activity section. It shouldn't add to the additional comments field

Thank you. I think our instance has some rule that is adding the attachment to the additional comments field on the catalog task form (I incorrectly said incident). I will look into the rule further. Thanks for your feedback.
