Adding a notification to the notification bell when an email reply is received

Hello! Is there a way to add a notification to the notification bell area when an email reply is received? I am trying to find a more efficient way to notify ITIL users when an incident they have has an email reply.

Hi @mtomc 

I think, you can update the work notes from inbound action when a reply is received through email for incident. 

 

Now you can create a provider notification to notify about the work note update to show the notification under bell icon
