Hello all – We are trying to add our Record Producers for our Facilities requests into an Order Guide. I've seen some old post about adding Record Producers to Order Guides but nothing solid or helpful. From this SN support KB: KB0759056 it mentions “… Avoid using a record producer within an Order Guide or create a redirect to view the created record under the correct conditions … ”
Checking our exclusion system property, I can only see this Value: sc_cat_item_producer_service, does that mean the above is possible?
I was able to add our record producers into an Order Guide but when you submit, it goes to a different 'My Request' page and it doesn't show the record/s that was created? Does anyone know how to action this part eg, “…or create a redirect to view the created record under the correct conditions ...” and if so, has it worked and does it now allow record producers in order guides?
