Adding SLA fields to TASK and incident table

HI all, 

    I need to add SLA field to the incident and task_Sla tables . I tried by adding sla field to Task_sla but it's not showing anything. Any solution.

Hi, unfortunately your configuration and the requirement in your post are not clear.
task_sla is the table that holds 'SLA' records IE a task_sla record is an instance of SLA.

What exactly do you mean by sla field?
Do you mean a field from the SLA definition (contract_sla)? if yes then which field and how did you try to add it to the task_sla record.
Perhaps you can update this thread to provide clear and specific details of your requirement and how you have attempted to make this field visible.

Hi tony, 

  As there is an SLA filed available in the sn_hr_core_case table. I am trying to create a same field for the task_sla and incident table but it is not showing the SLA results for the two tables as it is showing for the hrcase table. 

You can find where I have added the sla field in task_sla table.
