could you please help me with reference CI data which is not showing in configuration item field 

current filter 

we need to add  Proofpoint. CI as well, what could be the new filter

which is not showing in configuration item field.

If you are saying that you always want to include this CI, you can add to the end of the existing qualifier:

+'^NQname=Proofpoint'
