I am planning to include this functionality of automatic routing of incidents in agent workspace . Please help me with the below question

It can depend on your licensing situation, you should always ask your account manager about what you are entitled to install as part of your license, as it differs per customer.
If you are entitled to ITSM Agent Workspace, then you are also entitled to AWA for Incidents as well. Per the docs, ITSM Agent Workspace is entitled to new and existing customers by default. So it would be safe to assume if you didn't have any pre-existing license contracts in place, that you are free to use AWA for Incidents as part of ITSM Standard.
