after creating a request from change button sow where to find the below page configuration?

"There is a create request declarativ e action on sow for incident when clicked on it it takes you to the categories then you select one catalog form and then submit.
when request gets created incident gets closed and the below page is coming.
I need to find the page and do changes.Where can i find this below page?

I think this is the OOTB SC Order Status page & widget which you also see when you submit request in portal

it's the same one

Note: Remember you need to clone the OOTB widget (SC Order Status) which renders that details, make changes and then add again to your OOTB page

But it will impact at both places portal and within workspace as well

the one in the backed view is order status page but what page it is coming on the sow view after creating a request.
Are we you sure this is the same page?

You can confirm this by submitting the same request from portal

Yes , what Ankur Bawiskar  mentioned is correct the same page will render in the Workspace also,

If you don't want to Modify the OOB page ,you can create one more page, to view after the request is submitted from Workspace and we can use the page route maps to redirect
