Changing the View for a user record in Service Operations Workspace (SOW)

Hello all,

Can someone help figure out if it is possible to change the view for a user record in SOW?

Currently, the view used when opening a user record through SOW is "Default View". I'm wondering if there is a way that we can change this view to another one?

Examples are in images below:

Thanks,

Hi @oogabooga,

You can create a Workspace View Rules to do that.

  • Navigate to Workspace Experience > Forms > Workspace View Rules
  • Create a new record something like below: (make sure the 'View' is populated with the view on the [sys_user] table that you want to use)

  • Add the 'SOW View Rules Config' record under 'UX View Rules Configuration' related list

Hi @James Chun ,

Even after creating the workspace view rule, I still don't see the option to change the view in Service Operations Workspace.

Thanks,
Ritik

Try creating a property like this

Create a [New] View Property

  • Navigate to Now Experience Framework > Experiences
  • Open your workspace
    • Create [New] UX Page Properties
    • Page: [your workspace]
    • Name: view
    • Type: string
    • Value: name of [your workspace] view
  • [Submit]
