After renewing our SSO certificate service now is not working properly.

Hi Experts,

We have renewed our Service Now Prod SSO on yesterday.  once it is renewed, the users got logged out from service now and single sign on is not working. So our Windows team made the certificate inactive. Please a solution.

Is that a normal behaviour that, whenever certificate is renewed it will log out and once the users tried to login again it was asking for password.
