All Stages should be visible on portal after submitting request in SP portal

After Submitting a request We want to show all stages on Portal, currently we are getting like this

It should show like this :

Without clicking on Green aero it should show all the Stages:

I dont think it drives any big value, educate the users and tell this the way system has been designed. You case is of custmization which not a good pratcie.
