Alternative for 'IS NOT ONE OF' operator

Hi,

I have a set of CIs(90) and there is no way to get them through query, it is a list and we have to just use it as is.

I have to add it to SLA definition in a way that SLA does not attach if the CI is in that list. There is no option for using the operator 'is not one of' else my life would be simple.

Any suggestions?

Hi Anurag,

I think you want this to be applied in the condition field

Since that operator is not available you can call script include function and call that in the condition; then check whether the current ci is in that list or not

Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also mark 👍 Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks
Ankur

Hi there,

Hmm don't know of an alternative on SLA definition. Though what are you exactly after. Like that it easier to setup that SLA definition? Or easier to maintain?

If it's for example, that you don't want to do manually 90 time a does not contain OR does not contain OR does not contain, you could prepare the condition through excel or something, and simply paste it in through the Chrome ServiceNow Utils plugin, through the Chrome JavaScript executor, through XML.

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Kind regards,
Mark
