Annotation Box / Help Text?

Hi All, 

Im having trouble finding the correct field. I want to edit a field I thought was an annotation box or "help box" but I am unable to find it. Usually when working on catalog items I would use the annotation tab - "Help Text" to show additional information.

My requirement is to edit the box annotation box but I'm not able to find the right field. If someone could please point me in the right direction

It could be the case that that message get added to the form by a client script. Have a look at the code of the Catalog Client Scripts associated with your catalog item or with any variable sets used in it.
